Book measures about 11 & 3/8 inches x 8 & 5/8 inches and is about 1.75 inches thick
Condition is overall good with light wear on the cover, but clean. Pages are slightly wavy and have some expected yellowing from age but nothing significant. The front signed page hangs outside of the hardcover section (perhaps this is standard) and has some separation at the spine but the rest of the spine seems intact.
