1923 2nd Edition of this Legendary book, with architectural plans, elements, materials and decorating ideas, ranging from floorplans to doors to windows, art glass, breakfast nooks, bookcases, hutches, bannisters, pergolas, mantels, radiators, plumbing, shutters and on and on, and Morgan made most all of it! Both grand and modest elements representative of the wide variety of tastes and styles at play in American domestic architecture and design in the 1920s. Book is in Good Condition. Size approx. 11″ x 9″.
Bound in a flexible cloth covers with gilt and color embossed design. Condition: Good. Cover is solid, but does have some wear and fading, a couple pages somewhat loose, but not entirely, magazine style pages not tanned and retain their vivid colors, but some do have some insect corner damage, see photos.
